In the summer, it usually returns to Lake Erie in Ohio, where it spent the first part of its life.
The engines have only 1200 original hours and have been maintain with an open check book ! The Port lower unit is one season old. Oil was changed last fall about 15 hrs. ago. Impellers were done at that time as well. It’s well maintained.  All the electronics have been replaced. It has Garmen GPS, Radar, and Auto Pilot. The boat was recently detailed. A full boat cover is included with the sale, This helps protect the factory gel coat to a perfect shine !
This is a local boat for us in Stuart Florida that has always been covered and has been maintained. It has been tastefully updated and improved on over the years, and has only been fished recreationally.
The Regulator 26FS is well known for its smooth ride and performance.  This one is no different and is in outstanding condition for it's age, both cosmetically and mechanically.  The current owner has replaced the cowlings and had the exhaust manifold scoped approximately a year and a half ago with no issues found.  All soft goods have been replaced with the bow and leaning post cushions on the way.  Don't miss the opportunity to own one of the best mid-sized center consoles.  Turn Key Boat!
Accommodations
This Regulator 26 has the forward seating layout combined with storage lockers and new bow cushions delivering mid May with all other soft goods currently replaced.  A large in-deck fishbox is just forward of the center console with two more storage lockers port and starboard combined with the steps leading to midship.  The center console with hardtop allows for more storage also accessing the batteries/switches. The leaning post combines rod holders, tackle center, and fold-down footrest.  Just aft of the leaning post is the in-deck bait well and access to the bilge.  The transom combines a live well centered with the 2 bait sinks port and starboard.  Outriggers, leaning post cushion.
